Terms of Use

Introduction
1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) shall apply to all services provided by Mobilrepair.dk, a Danish company registered with the Danish Business Authority under CVR No. 35826890, to its customers.
2. By using the services of Mobilrepair.dk, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the customer does not agree to these Terms, the customer should not use the services of Mobilrepair.dk.
3. Mobilrepair.dk may amend these Terms from time to time. The most current version of these Terms will be available on the Mobilrepair.dk website.
4. Mobilrepair.dk is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its customers’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Services
1. Mobilrepair.dk provides repair and maintenance services for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
2. The customer must provide a full and accurate description of the problem with the mobile device, as well as any relevant information, such as the make and model of the mobile device.
3. Mobilrepair.dk will provide an estimate of the cost and timeframe for the repair or maintenance of the mobile device. The customer must approve the estimate before the repair or maintenance work can proceed.
4. Mobilrepair.dk will use reasonable efforts to repair or maintain the mobile device as quickly as possible. However, Mobilrepair.dk does not guarantee any specific timeframe for the completion of the work.

Fees and Payment
1. The customer shall pay the fees for the services provided by Mobilrepair.dk in accordance with the estimate provided by Mobilrepair.dk.
2. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. The customer shall pay the full amount of the estimate before the work can proceed.
3. If the customer fails to pay the fees for the services provided by Mobilrepair.dk, Mobilrepair.dk reserves the right to retain the mobile device until payment is made in full.

Liability
1. Mobilrepair.dk shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the repair or maintenance of the mobile device, except for damages or losses caused by Mobilrepair.dk’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
2. Mobilrepair.dk shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the mobile device after the repair or maintenance work has been completed.
3. The customer shall be liable for any damages or losses arising from the customer’s failure to provide a full and accurate description of the problem with the mobile device, or from the customer’s failure to follow Mobilrepair.dk’s instructions.

Intellectual Property
1. The customer warrants that the customer owns or has the right to use any intellectual property rights in the mobile device.
2. The customer shall indemnify and hold Mobilrepair.dk harmless from any claims, damages or losses arising from the infringement of any intellectual property rights in the mobile device.

Confidentiality and GDPR Compliance
1. Mobilrepair.dk shall keep confidential any information provided by the customer in connection with the services provided by Mobilrepair.dk, including any personal data.
2. Mobilrepair.dk will process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and will only collect and process personal data that is necessary for the performance of the services.
3. Mobilrepair.dk will obtain the customer’s consent before collecting and processing any personal data.
4. The customer has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data and can exercise these rights by contacting Mobilrepair.dk at our contact form located under the ‘Contact Us’ section.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law.
2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Severability
1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
