Terms and Conditions for Deductible

  2. Roles in Insurance Claims
    • Mobilrepair ApS performs repairs on behalf of the insurance company.
    • The customer pays any deductible to Mobilrepair ApS as instructed by the insurance company, but the actual repair agreement is between the insurance company and Mobilrepair ApS.
    • Questions regarding coverage, deductible amount, or cancellation of the insurance claim should be directed to the insurance company.
  3. Payment of Deductible
    • Payment Method: The deductible is collected via PayLink, a secure payment solution from Nets. The customer will receive a payment link via email or SMS.
    • Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 14 days of receiving the payment link (or another deadline agreed with the insurance company).
    • Important: Repairs will not begin until the deductible is paid.
    • Currency: All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  4. Service Delivery
    • Repair Services: Mobilrepair ApS will not begin repairs until the deductible has been received and the insurance company has approved the claim.
    • Delivery Time: The repair duration depends on the extent of the damage. We strive to complete repairs within 5-10 business days unless otherwise agreed with the insurance company.
    • Device Delivery: The repaired device will be shipped to the customer via GLS once the repair is completed and the deductible is paid.
  5. Cancellation of Insurance Claim
    • Since Mobilrepair ApS carries out repairs on behalf of the insurance company, standard right of withdrawal rules for services do not apply directly to the customer.
    • Any questions about withdrawal, cancellation, or changes to the insurance claim should be directed to the insurance company, which is the actual contract party with the customer.
    • If the repair has already been started or completed per the insurance company’s instructions, there is usually no right of withdrawal via Mobilrepair ApS.
  6. Warranty Terms

  7. Privacy Policy
    • Mobilrepair ApS processes personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be accessed at the following link: Privacy Policy.
    • The information is used to manage payments, perform repairs, and communicate with the customer.
    • Personal data is securely stored and shared only with third parties when necessary to fulfill the agreement or comply with legal requirements.
  8. Carrier
    • All devices are shipped via GLS, and the customer will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
    • Mobilrepair ApS assumes responsibility for the shipment until the device is delivered to the customer.
  9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    • Mobilrepair ApS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The latest version will always be available on our website.
