The customer will receive a payment link via email or SMS.<\/li><li><strong>Payment Deadline:<\/strong>\u00a0Payment must be made within 14 days of receiving the payment link (or another deadline agreed with the insurance company).<\/li><li><strong>Important:<\/strong>\u00a0Repairs\u00a0<strong>will not<\/strong>\u00a0begin until the deductible is paid.<\/li><li><strong>Currency:<\/strong>\u00a0All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Service Delivery<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Repair Services:<\/strong>\u00a0Mobilrepair ApS will not begin repairs until the deductible has been received and the insurance company has approved the claim.<\/li><li><strong>Delivery Time:<\/strong>\u00a0The repair duration depends on the extent of the damage. We strive to complete repairs within 5-10 business days unless otherwise agreed with the insurance company.<\/li><li><strong>Device Delivery:<\/strong>\u00a0The repaired device will be shipped to the customer via GLS once the repair is completed and the deductible is paid.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Cancellation of Insurance Claim<\/strong><ul><li>Since Mobilrepair ApS carries out repairs\u00a0<strong>on behalf of the insurance company<\/strong>, standard right of withdrawal rules for services\u00a0<strong>do not<\/strong>\u00a0apply directly to the customer.<\/li><li>Any questions about withdrawal, cancellation, or changes to the insurance claim should be directed to the insurance company, which is the actual contract party with the customer.<\/li><li>If the repair has already been started or completed per the insurance company\u2019s instructions, there is usually no right of withdrawal via Mobilrepair ApS.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Warranty Terms<\/strong><ul><li>Mobilrepair ApS follows the warranty terms for insurance customers, which can be found at the following link:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mobilrepair.dk\/warranty\/\">Warranty Terms<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><ul><li>Mobilrepair ApS processes personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be accessed at the following link:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mobilrepair.dk\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/li><li>The information is used to manage payments, perform repairs, and communicate with the customer.<\/li><li>Personal data is securely stored and shared only with third parties when necessary to fulfill the agreement or comply with legal requirements.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Carrier<\/strong><ul><li>All devices are shipped via GLS, and the customer will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.<\/li><li>Mobilrepair ApS assumes responsibility for the shipment until the device is delivered to the customer.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Changes to Terms and Conditions<\/strong><ul><li>Mobilrepair ApS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
